Preparation for State Test As a Supplemental Educational Service provider, Terry Learning Center operates under the guidelines and regulations of Title 1 of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. Title I focuses on ensuring that all American children have a fair and equal opportunity to reach proficiency on state required academic assessment and achievement standards. Across the country, states are holding schools accountable for having children perform at their appropriate grade levels.
